Terms of Use
Effective as of July 29, 2026
1. Who operates the service
The SEORadar service available at seo-radar.com is operated by Tomáš Forejt, registered at Raisova 5, Prague 6, Czech Republic, Company ID (IČO) 44329458 (the "operator"). Contact e-mail: tomas@forejt.net, phone: +420 224 323 224.
2. What the service does
SEORadar is an online tool that, based on a submitted URL, downloads the publicly available content of a website and performs an automated analysis of selected SEO, GEO, and AIO parameters. The result is displayed as a report scoring the individual checks.
The basic analysis is provided free of charge and without registration. If a user enters an e-mail address, the report is also sent to that e-mail address. Without an e-mail address, the report is displayed only temporarily and disappears after a short time.
3. Rules of use
The user agrees not to:
- use the service to analyze websites they are not authorized to test, where such authorization is required by law,
- burden the service with automated requests beyond the scope of ordinary human use,
- circumvent the service's technical restrictions or disrupt its operation,
- use the service for conduct that violates applicable law.
The operator reserves the right to restrict or deny access to a user who violates these rules.
4. Accuracy of results and liability
The analysis is performed automatically on the HTML code returned by the server at the moment of the request. It does not include content rendered later by JavaScript in the browser and does not replace a manual SEO audit. The results are informational in nature.
The operator does not guarantee that implementing the recommended changes will lead to any specific improvement in search engine rankings — these depend on many factors outside the operator's control, including search engine algorithms and competitor activity. The operator is not liable for any damage arising from decisions made on the basis of the analysis results.
The service is provided "as is." The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and reserves the right to modify, restrict, or discontinue the service at any time.
5. Paid services
Beyond the free analysis, the operator offers paid services (a detailed audit, an audit with consultation, ongoing cooperation) at the prices listed on the website. Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
An order becomes binding at the moment it is submitted. A contract is formed once the operator confirms the order. The operator will begin work once payment has been credited to its account, unless otherwise agreed. The customer will receive an invoice electronically at the e-mail address provided.
A consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion. If the consumer expressly requested that performance begin before this period expires and the service has in the meantime been fully provided, the right of withdrawal lapses.
6. Intellectual property
The content of the website, the design of the tool, and the generated reports are protected by copyright. A report created for a specific customer may be freely used by that customer for its own purposes and for the purposes of the supplier carrying out the changes.
7. Changes to these terms
The operator may change these terms. The current version is always available at this address together with its effective date. Orders already submitted remain governed by the version in effect at the time of submission.
8. Governing law
Matters not covered by these terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, in particular the Czech Civil Code and the Czech Consumer Protection Act, since the operator is a Czech entity. A consumer may seek out-of-court dispute resolution from the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce) at coi.cz.
We describe the processing of personal data separately in our Privacy Policy.
