1. Who the data controller is

2. What data we process and why

Free SEO analysis

If you run an analysis without providing an e-mail address, we do not store any personal data. The report is displayed temporarily in your browser and is not saved anywhere.

If you provide an e-mail address, we store the e-mail address, the analyzed URL, the analysis result, and the time it was performed. The purpose is to send you the report and, where relevant, to contact you with an offer of follow-up services. The legal basis is your consent, given by checking the box on the form.

Contact form

We process your name, e-mail, phone number if provided, and the content of your message. The purpose is to respond to your inquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling the communication that you initiated yourself.

Orders for paid services

We process your first and last name, e-mail, phone number, billing address, and, where applicable, company name and company registration number. The purpose is to conclude and perform the contract and to comply with legal obligations (in particular, bookkeeping requirements). The legal basis is performance of a contract and compliance with a legal obligation.

Analyzed websites

We do not store the content of the analyzed page. We download it only temporarily for the duration of the evaluation and then discard it. We store only the results of the individual checks, and only if you provided an e-mail address.

3. How long we keep the data

• Data from analyses with an e-mail address — for 3 years from the last analysis, or until consent is withdrawn.
• Messages from the contact form — for 3 years from the last communication.
• Order data — for the period required by accounting and tax regulations, generally 10 years.

4. Who we share data with

We do not share data with third parties for marketing purposes, and we do not sell it. The processors involved in operating the service are:

• the provider of the server hosting on which the service runs,
• the provider of the e-mail service through which we send reports and confirmations,
• the payment gateway, if you choose to pay by card or via PayPal,
• our accountant, to the extent necessary for processing accounting documents.

We have an appropriate data processing agreement in place with every processor.

5. Cookies

The website uses only technically necessary browser storage (for example, to remember your selected language). We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• access your data and receive a copy of the data being processed,
• have inaccurate data corrected,
• request erasure of your data once there is no longer a reason to process it,
• request restriction of processing,
• data portability,
• object to processing based on legitimate interest,
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

If you believe we are handling your data in a way that violates applicable regulations, you may file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů) at uoou.cz.
